At Dyehouse Lane we have recently installed a number of new timber framed sash windows and accompanying doors. We had to be sympathetic with the architecture to preserve the beauty of this old building.
External wall insulation is fast becoming a popular way to keep houses warm. WSM are in continuing works with Unitas to install EWI systems to their current housing stock.
WSM pride themselves on being able to carry out large refurbishment projects for social Housing: from kitchen and bathroom replacements to renewing roofs. We work with a large number of Social Housing teams.
At the bottom of Watery Lane sat a disused barn with so much potential. WSM were contracted to convert this run down barn into a multi-million pound home, complete with its own private woodland to the rear.
There are a number of clints that we currently work with in regards to passive fire stopping. We ensure that the building is fully surveyed before we start any works to ensure that everyone is aware of any potential hazards.
WSM is accredited to install fire doors and many of our clients take advantage of this. Each door is fully certified and we also offer general maintenance contracts as well. All the doors we install are fully tested.
